Q: How do I get tickets, and do I need a reservation?
We use Eventbrite as our primary ticketing platform. We also accept reservations through OpenTable.If you’ve already purchased a ticket on Eventbrite, you do not need to make a separate reservation on OpenTable.

Q: Is your venue all ages?
Yes, we are an all-ages venue. Please note that everyone must have an admission ticket to enter, regardless of age. -
Q: Where can I park, and how much does it cost?
You don’t need to break the bank to park in San Francisco. In addition to nearby street parking and garages around Union Square, we offer a special deal with the Mason/O'Farrell Garage (325 Mason St.):$10 for up to 3 hours
$15 for up to 5 hours
To receive the discounted rate, just show your show ticket stub or Eventbrite QR code to the parking attendant before paying when you exit the garage.

Q: What is your ticket cancellation and refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. If you cancel, you will still be charged for your original reservation.However, we’re happy to offer a one-time reschedule to a show of equal or lesser value, as long as it’s within 30 days of your original reservation date.

Q: Is Biscuits and Blues wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Biscuits and Blues is fully wheelchair accessible. However, accessible seating is limited, so we recommend calling ahead to ensure availability.For any special accommodations or requests, please contact us at (415) 292-2583.

Q: Does my ticket allow me to stay for multiple shows?
No. Your ticket grants you access only to the scheduled show on the date and time of purchase.On special occasions—based on space availability and artist permission—guests from the first show may be allowed to stay for a later show.

Q: Is dinner served during the show?
Yes, dinner is served during both shows nightly.Please note that the kitchen closes 30 minutes before the end of the last show, so we recommend placing your order early if you'd like to dine.
